1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

2 Eligibility

Use of the piubet Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which apply at all times during your membership:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. piubet strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to access and use online betting services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or director of piubet or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be included on any government-issued exclusion list, sanctions register, or self-exclusion register that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

3 Account Registration

To access piubet's betting, casino, and gaming services, you must create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• Each individual may register only one Account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address in Indonesia.
• You must not register using a false identity, a pseudonym, or the identity of another person.
• piubet will send a verification email to the address provided at registration. Your Account will remain in a restricted state until email verification is completed.
• Full Account functionality — including withdrawal of funds — requires successful completion of KYC verification. You may be required to submit a government-issued identity card (KTP), passport, or other accepted documents.
• piubet reserves the right to decline any application for Account registration without being required to provide a reason.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your username, password, or any account access credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow another person to access or use your Account, even with your permission — all wagers and transactions conducted through your Account are your sole responsibility.
• You must notify piubet's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• piubet will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming otherwise should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
• piubet implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform transactions and communications. However, we cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

5 Deposits

piubet accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) through the following approved payment channels:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The following conditions govern all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. As a general guideline, the minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet channels and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned (minus any applicable processing fees) pending KYC review.
• piubet does not charge any internal processing fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which piubet accepts no liability.
• Deposits are typically credited within three (3) minutes of confirmed receipt. In cases of banking network delays or scheduled maintenance, processing may take longer. piubet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
• piubet reserves the right to request documentation confirming the origin of deposited funds in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms:

• Only verified Members who have successfully completed KYC verification are eligible to withdraw funds from their Account.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the piubet Account. piubet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts in good standing, although large withdrawals may be subject to additional review.
• Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday, 08:00–22:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 3 hours from the point of approval, depending on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider's settlement speed.
• piubet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of a disputed transaction.
• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full. Only real-money winnings generated after wagering requirement completion are eligible for withdrawal.
• piubet does not charge an internal withdrawal processing fee. Any charges levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's sole responsibility.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

piubet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement ("turnover requirement") that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiple applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and are held separately from a Member's real-money balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Each promotion has a defined validity period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses are available to each eligible Member once only. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through the use of additional accounts — are considered bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• piubet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without advance notice, subject to fair treatment of Members who have already claimed the offer.
• Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — toward the fulfillment of wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• piubet reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it reasonably concludes that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct intended to exploit promotional offers unfairly.

8 Betting Rules

The following general rules govern all wagers placed on the piubet Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. piubet does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed wager except in circumstances where the Platform itself has published incorrect odds or market information due to a technical error.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body, piubet reserves the right to settle affected markets in accordance with its sport-specific rules, which are published separately on the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per event and are displayed at the point of bet placement. piubet reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• piubet offers markets on football (bandar bola — sportsbook), including mix parlay (accumulator) bets, Asian handicap markets, and over/under totals, as well as markets on togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting wagering), live casino, slots, and e-sports.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the result or settlement of a bet, the decision of piubet's trading team is final, subject to the escalation procedure set out in Clause 16 (Contact).
• piubet reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error, human error, or technical malfunction.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the piubet Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technological means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Members.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of collusion intended to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool to disguise your true geographic location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility requirements.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds originating from illegal activity — piubet complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain an advantage, including exploiting incorrectly displayed odds or game results.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward piubet staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorization.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the piubet Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and data — are owned by or licensed to the Operator. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in any piubet intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any piubet content without the prior written consent of the Operator.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• piubet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of odds, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• piubet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of wagered funds resulting from network failure or technical error.
• piubet's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in this Clause limits piubet's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

piubet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all Members with access to the following tools, available at any time from the Account dashboard or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at regular intervals displaying your current session duration and net wagering result.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Short-term exclusions (7–180 days) can be self-managed; permanent exclusions are irrevocable and must be requested via support.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

piubet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion that a Member is using the Platform in violation of the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting piubet's support team via live chat or email. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the dispute process described in Clause 16.

Nothing in this Clause shall prevent piubet from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or other rights.

15 Amendments

piubet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Agreement on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notify active Members via email or an in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
